Business Analyst (Data Analytics team)

Northern Ireland

Permanent (£45K-£55K + Benefits)

Hybrid working model (3 days in the office)

 

Our growing client are a rapidly growing software company. 

 

This is a key appointment to ensure that platform development is always clear, testable, and preserved from discovery through to production and analytics consumption. You will have a clear remit to reduce delivery friction by eliminating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders early, and enabling engineers and testers to build with confidence.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to uncover and articulate intent behind complex business problems
  • Comfortable working with data concepts, metrics, and analytics semantics
  • Ability to write requirements that are inherently testable and automation-friendly
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Experience working in Agile teams focused on continuous delivery and learning
  • Knowledge of Credit & Debt Collection domain is a strong plus

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric or platform-led teams
  • Track record of reducing rework through clarity, alignment, and early validation
