Exact IT Resources are delighted to be working with a leading charitable organisation. They seek an experienced Business Analyst to conduct a thorough review of their IT and data requirements, current processes, systems, and data architecture to identify opportunities for transformation.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define the vision, goals and scope of the digital transformation initiative.

• Undertake diagnostic interviews with key people responsible for collating data, co-ordinating activity, managing contracts, records management etc.

• Work with teams to review current systems and functionality, mapping internal processes and identifying areas for improvement.

• Review relevant operational manuals, documentation/templates used for collating and recording data/ information.

• Review current management reporting procedures.

• Perform assessments of technology infrastructure, applications, data sources and workflows to determine optimal solutions.

• Develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap and execution plan to modernise operations, boost efficiency, and deliver new data-driven capabilities.

KEY OUTCOMES

• The digitalisation of the current standalone HR, Finance, Client Management and Rota Management systems.

• To enhance user experience by streamlining workload, ensure better internal communication, remove complicated and confusing processes.

• Introduction of systems that are efficient, secure, adaptable, portable, resilient and sustainable, helping increase productivity and improve outcomes.

• To introduce a person-centred interface which empowers young people to access to their information providing them with ownership over the support they are receiving.

   

• The new digital solutions will allow for better reporting through our Client Management Systems, Rota systems and HR/Finance systems, reducing manual input time spent and allowing staff to focus on what makes a difference to our young people.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal person will illustrate a proven experience leading significant digital transformation efforts.

• Expertise implementing modern platforms and analytics tools in a complex environment is essential.

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
