Exact IT Resources are delighted to be working with a prestigious client. They have a current requirement for an a Business Systems Analyst.
Within this role, you will act as an Assets and/or Housing functional expert providing support for the development and implementation of a Housing Management System (HMS) and associated applications. The role will also comprise o further ongoing support and Development of the solution, associated applications and data analytics.

A level six qualification e.g. Degree.OR
3 years’ experience (gained in the last 7 years) in a similar role
At least 1 years’ operational experience of an Assets/Housing Management System or ERP solution.
Experience of developing and implementing IT related projects and delivering business improvement / change initiatives.
Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
The role will primarily be based in Holywood with some time on other sites.There is some remote and flexible working with the position.
