ICT Project Co-ordinator (Junior)

Exact IT Resources are delighted to be working with a prestigious client. They have a current requirement for an ICT Project Co-ordinator.
Working closely with the Head of ICT, you will support the execution and delivery of ICT transformation and business change projects ensuring that all projects adhere to best practices and standard approaches for project management.
The role consists of tasks across the following key areas:
-Project Co-ordination (RAID Logs, Documentation, reporting)
-Monitoring, Finance and Resources (status reports, budget analysis)
-Stakeholder Engagement
-Continuous improvement
Does this sound like you?
-A level six qualification e.g. degree in a relevant discipline.
Or A minimum of 9 months demonstrable relevant experience gained within a similar role within industry.
-Relevant experience includes;
Experience of project planning and on time delivery.
Use of project management tools such as MS project (or similar).
Knowledge of file management,m transcription, andother administrative procedures.
Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build relations with a variety of internal and external
The role will primarily be based in Holywood with some time on other sites. There is some remote and flexible working with the position.
