We are seeking a Contract IT Support Team Lead for our client's 3rd line support team. This is for a global team and responsibility us across all aspects of 3rd line support relating to infrastructure and services.

In this role, you will manage a team providing 3rd line support for the timely resolution of incidents and problems, maintain, and optimise applications and infrastructure and also bring new releases into production.

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years experience leading3rd line support team in an Enterprise level environment.

  • Some technical knowledge of Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.

  • Management of pressurised Service Desk environments, people management including SLAs and KPIs and statistical analysis and reporting.

  • Detailed knowledge of the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and services within a Microsoft technology environment.

     

This is a hands on role with team leadership responsibilities.
