Our client are an established Digital Services firm with a strong customer base. They are seeking Java Technologists to work as part of an applications support team. The role will require strong investigative skills, root cause analysis and triage skills. This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills and move towards a full development role.

The role will be a mix of code fixes, continuous improvement tasks and development work carried out on an existing code base.

These positions are ideally suited to Graduates with 2+ years’ experience across the following:

Java support
SQL
Jenkins (advantageous)
Problem solving including investigative and root cause analysis
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Java and development.
Data changes and code fixes
Some exposure to Cloud technologies would be desirable

Candidates must be able to solve difficult issues with minimal support and be comfortable working by themselves or as part of a small team. This is an exciting role with strong opportunities for continuous learning and development.
