Our client are an established yet innovative technology and business process solutions organisation. They are entering a new growth phase have a current requirement for an experienced MS Dynamics BA.

You will work within a project team advising and delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for key clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Extraction of client requirements via workshops, interviews and other methods,

• Analysis and documentation of client requirements,

• Production of Functional Specifications and Design documents,

• Assist Project Managers with estimation, creation and allocation of work packages using Microsoft DevOps,

• Assist the development team in the understanding of client requirements both functional and non-functional

• Support the development team in delivery with key business ownership during SCRUM ceremonies

• Work closely with the client, managing their expectations during project initiation

• Assist with pre-sales activities, including tender response preparation and client presentations.

Does this sound like you?

• Previous experience in a similar role providing business analysis / consultancy to clients in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform,

• Demonstrable experience in using Agile methodologies,

• Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills,

• Experience of working to a project plan and managing change

• Experience of delivering presentations using a structure and style appropriate to audience requirements,

• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to take ownership of and responsibility for tasks

• Strong and effective communicator with a responsible and professional approach,

• Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills

• Good commercial awareness and a sound understanding of project and business pressures.

   

Desirable

• Demonstrable experience of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform

• BCS (ISEB) certificatio
