.Net Technical Architect

We have a key requirement for .Net  Technical Architect.

The role is would be ideally suited to a Tech Lead wanting to move further into technical design.  You will work with secure private cloud and public cloud in a dynamic and innovative Solutions focused environment.

You will be be responsible for providing expertise in the definition, design, implementation, adoption and adherence to architecture strategies, processes and standards.

Key activities will include:

 

  • Leading the application roadmap, architecture planning and change projects for major Customers services and technology solutions
  • Building strong formal and informal relationships with major Customers
  • Analysis and low level technical design-expertise on application architecture, design and development across a range of integrated technologies and software
  • Identify and manage evolving needs within business areas, including the ability to deal with changes in priority; and
  • Assess and impact changes and make adjustments to delivery plans and targets.
  • Design an n-tier application architecture and contribute to the development and delivery of “complex IT applications” involving integrated web-based systems using a Service Oriented Architecture  (SOA);
  • Communicate the overall technical design to governance bodies and technical delivery teams

 

The Person:

 

  • Consultative background including presales, design and implementation
  • Customer stakeholder management
  • Team leadership
  • Can demonstrate thought leadership for application solutions in particular roadmaps for clients

 

Technical background across most of the following:

  • Object oriented C#
  • .NET Framework, version 3.5 or later
  • MS SQL Server 2008 or later
  • MS Component Services (WCF)
  • HTML/HTML5
  • ASP.NET
  • CSS
  • JQuery
  • Angular JS
  • MS IIS 7.5 or later
  • MS Visual Studio 2010 or later
  • SOAP, REST and JSON
  • Microsoft Azure Service Bus
