Our growing client are a rapidly growing software product company.  This is a new permanent role for a Technical Lead.

In this exciting role, you will provide hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership, guiding a team of  developers and data engineers while actively contributing to design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale data solution built on Microsoft Fabric.

Does this sound like you?

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate technical team.
• Deep expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and analytics architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Python/PySpark, SQL, and distributed data processing.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Fabric-native workloads.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and XML data formats.
• Solid understanding of workflow orchestration, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Data Engineering role.
• Strong background in solution architecture for enterprise data platforms.
• Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) certification is preferred.

Desirable Criteria: 

• Experience in the Financial Services sector-Knowledge of the Credit & Debt Collection industry is a strong plus.
